La Magnanerie is located in the countryside of the Parc Naturel du Luberon, where you can enjoy the mildness of the climate, the harmony of landscapes and the richness of the flora which is unique. Dominated by the Luberon mountain, which stands in the middle of plains, standing between the Alps and the Mediterranean, the Parc Naturel Régional du Luberon is a secret paradise in the middle of Provence.
The villa La Magnanerie is independent and hides in a quiet, green environment in the heart of Provence. Built in 2004 in the purest local style (local roof tiles, openings, iron carved staircase and window railings, rustic furniture…) it counts 170 m˛ on 2200 m˛ grounds with trees and offers lots of intimacy. A private swimming pool is near the house.
In 2018, the property is available from : June to September: please request your chosen dates.
You will be struck by the silence which is puntuated by the whispers of nature and its scents. Ideal place for relaxing and rest, you will be able to ressource under the lovely shade of a generous cherry tree.
Climate of the area: mediterrenean with the influence of a more continental climate from the Alps and the Rhone Valley. With around 2600 hours of sunshine per year, it is one of the best regions of France for its sunshine.
La Magnanerie is near the village of Ansouis. Its environment is preserved and enjoys the exceptional climate of South Luberon. It is surrounded by picturesque perched villages and offers a very rich fauna and flora.
The property is very comfortable, fully equipped and offers restful holidays.
