Description
Located in Monte Judeu, an exclusive residential area in the countryside north of Alvor, this comfortable, well-appointed spacious family villa has a gated private pool and WIFI and is ideally located for golf or family holidays.
Set in mature grounds of 5,000 sq metres, the villa is accessed via electric gates that lead to a long sweeping drive and parking for several cars. It offers privacy, a secluded 10m x 5m pool in a very private walled and gated area, covered terraces and a separate covered barbecue area for outdoor relaxing and dining.
From its hillside position the villa has views over gardens and countryside to the sea in the distance. A very large feature open plan living area has 2 lounges (with wood burning stove, internet, flat screen TV, satellite receiver (free-to-air channels), DVD and Hi-Fi system) and a dining area with a formal dining table for 8 people. Patio doors from the main lounge and dining area open to a first floor terrace with outdoor dining table and 8 chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday home in the sun, including washing machine, dishwasher, electric fan oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster etc.
The villa has 3 bedrooms on the main floor to sleep 6 (one double, and 2 with single beds) all with air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and built in wardrobes.
If required, a 4th bedroom with separate entrance has 3 single beds and en-suite bathroom that can sleep a further 2 people + child and is available for an additional charge of €180 per week.
Our local agent is based in Alvor and will be on hand should you require any assistance during your stay. Mid week maid service included; for longer rentals bed linen changed weekly. Guests have exclusive use of the villa and grounds.
Ideally located close to Penina, Morgado and Almos golf courses, the villa is only a 10-15 minute drive to sandy beaches, shops, restaurants and evening entertainment of Portimao, Alvor and Praia da Rocha. The historic town of Lagos is 18 km or approx. 20 minutes away.
Car hire is essential.

Home from home
This villa is by far the best we've stayed in – so much so we're going back again next year!! It's very spacious with two sitting areas and a massive kitchen... all the bedrooms are big and have en-suite bathrooms, the garden is huge and where the pool isn't right on top of the house it makes it private but also safe with the little ones around. All in all it made for a very relaxing and stress-free holiday. Thank you – we can't wait to go again.

We so enjoyed our stay at the villa. Fantastic pool which kept the children entertained for hours! Lovely fully equipped kitchen, bbq area and really spacious rooms. The beaches nearby are absolutely gorgeous. Such a peaceful, relaxing setting. Would definitely go back.

Deposit/Booking Notes
Rental prices include 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6 persons max). Summer rentals (Apr-Oct) are inclusive of water, electric, air-con, WiFi and mid-week maid service.
Separate (4th) bedroom with en-suite bathroom available (for total maximum 8 + child) for additional charge of €180 per week.

Saturday changeovers preferred (other days acceptable by arrangement, especially to fit with other occupancy). Arrival after 14:00 hours and departure before 10:00 hours.
High chair and cot (travel cot) available on request (no extra charge). You will need to bring your own linen for the cot.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels provided; you will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
When we receive your booking request we will send you a booking form which must be completed and returned with a 20% deposit to confirm your booking. The booking form and the terms and conditions it includes will be the basis of the rental contract between us. The person making the booking must be a member of the party staying at the villa and everyone that will stay at the villa must be included on the booking form.
The balance of your payment plus a security deposit of Ł300 (against breakages, etc) is due 6 weeks before the start of your rental. The security deposit is normally returned within a week of the end of your rental when the villa is left in good order.
After confirmation of your booking any cancellation must be advised to us in writing and a cancellation charge will apply; for cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of your rental the cancellation charge will be equal to the booking deposit; cancellations are not allowed within 6 weeks of the start of your rental and the full rental charge will be due.
