Each villa has an exterior private fenced space of 185 sqm and set on an area of 1000 sqm. The distances between the villas ensure the privacy of their quests.
Emerald Classic Large: A two floor villa sleeping a maximum of 6 persons.
The ground floor consists of an open plan dining/living area and a fully equipped kitchen with: electric cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron/ironing board, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a full range of cooking equipment and utensils.
The lounge area is comfortably furnished and also has a large double sofa bed sleeping two people. There is satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, movies/books collection.
There is also a separate WC room which has a wash-hand basin and toilet.
A wooden staircase leads you to the two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The bathroom has a bath with Jacuzzi and shower, hairdryer, wash-hand basin and toilet.
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, Tv, telephone, safe deposit box, patio doors and furnished balcony.
The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.
Emerald Classic Villas have been decorated with elegance and style and provide all the modern amenities and conveniences, for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Location description
Emerald Classic Villas stand detached in a large mountain plot with a spectacular view to the Ionian sea, the Blue Caves and the lush greenery of the mountains of Agios Nikolaos.
Agios Nikolas is well known for its fresh fish. You can find seaside restaurants serving deisius fresh fish of your choise, or if you wish you can find many places where you can do your own fishing.
Agios Nikolas is 30km away from the main city of Zakynthos where you can also find the main port of the island.
If you choose to visit the island by private boat, you can moore your boat at the port of Agios Nikolas which is only 300m from Emerald Villas.
Apart from Agios Nikolaos beach, the famous Makris Gialos beach and Xiggia springs are also close to Emerald Classic Villas.
