Deposit/Booking Notes
The villa can accommodate up to 9 guests. The above weekly rates are for up to 4 guests. Additional guests pay Ł10 per person, per day.
Guests pay a 25% deposit at the point of booking and then the full balance 8 weeks before check-in.
We accept payments by bank transfer to UK or Greek banks.
In addition to the cost of renting Roz Villa, there is a returnable amount of Ł250.00 to cover breakages which we ask you to send before your holiday, as a separate cheque. Please note that this is held by me and only cashed at the end of your holiday if there are any damages.
