Both properties have their own fully fenced gardens which allow dogs the freedom of the garden within the safety of the grounds. They also have their own parking for up to 2 cars per property. Bed linen and all electric is included in the tariff. Up to 4 well behaved dogs are allowed free of charge.

The Nuthatch is on the lower reaches of Dodd Wood and attracts a huge amount of wildlife from Woodpeckers, Buzzard, Roe Deer, Hedgehogs, Frogs and an amazing slelction of Butterfly. The Nuthatch is conveniently situated 2.5 miles on the outskirts of Keswick at the foot of Skiddaw and Dodd Wood
