    A Victorian Terrace. On the ground floor you have a good size living room and separate dining room and a galley kitchen with all your mod cons including washing machine,fridge freezer,gas cooker,microwave etc and leads out onto your very own gated courtyard.

    On the first floor you have a generous sized master bedroom with a large double bed, large wardrobe,drawer units, tv with freeview with a built in dvd player.
    Across the landing you will find a second bedroom with two full size single beds, drawer units, tv with freeview with a built in dvd player.

    At the other end of the landing you will find a newly fitted modern bathroom.

    The house has full gas central heating with radiators in every room and double glazed windows. There is a freeview box and a separate dvd player fitted downstairs in the lounge.

    The road and surrounding area is a free parking zone so no need for parking discs or the scratch cards, however parking is on a first come first serve basis.Please take it into account this is Whitby so there is a hill leading up to the house, so please take a look at it before booking

    Lovely place to stay, 5 minutes from Whitby centre

    Stayed here over Whitby Goth Weekend and am proud to say we were the very first to stay in the newly prepared property. We were greeted with a lovely mini hamper with a bottle of wine, biscuits, tea and coffee as a nice welcome, which they didn't need to give but did anyway.

    The property was clean and only a 5 minute walk to the main centre of whitby, so is well-located for anyone looking to come to stay. The property can fit up to 6 people but 5 of us stayed there and it was perfect. Kitchen has everything you could need utensil wise and house was well-heated. Lots of storage space for clothes,etc and property also had wifi which is another bonus.
    For any families looking to stay, it is full of board games, books and dvd's to keep your kids entertained for hours. Hosts Jonathan and Mrs Clarke were really good with communication and eased any worries I had about the hill for walking,especially with my mum being asthmatic and were to quick send invoices across when payments were made. The street outside is quite narrow but so is everywhere else in Whitby, and we did have a free parking space, so didn't have to pay; a HUGE bonus after a previous trip where we were parked miles away! Overall, it was a really lovely place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay close to Whitby centre . :-)
