The gite is in the middle of a Conservation area with peace and quiet but not isolated. It is in a lane with no passing traffic. Surrounded by woods with a river walk it is very peaceful but not isolated, with Normandy attractions all within an hours drive. Fully booked every year.

Le Maupas is a 17th Century Normandy Long house, built in 1668 and loving renovated keeping lots of it's original features, such as large stone fire places in the dining room and guests lounge. We offer two double rooms and a twin room. Le Maupas sits in 15 acres of rolling hills and farmland.

We offer Bed and Breakfast accommodation throughout the year in our beautiful 17th century longere. Ideally located in a small hamlet, yet only fifteen minutes from Le Mont St Michel, we provide an ideal base to discover the delights of the local area.

The cottage is well situated overlooking the river Sienne and Abbaye d'Hambye. It has been renovated and furnished to a high standard. The ground floor single bedroom and wet room is ideal for those guests who cannot manage a flight of stairs.
