Situated on the beach front in Sandsend this fantastic property is ideally located for the beach, the woods, the local pubs and award winning restaurants. The property has 3 bedrooms and is laid out over 3 floors. There is parking for 1-2 cars outside the property and a car park within 50 yards.
The entrance porch leads into a country style kitchen with a Belling range style dual fuel cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and dining table. Leading off the kitchen is a staircase leading to a double bedroom with a super king size bed. A further staircase leading from the bedroom leads to the bathroom with bath, shower handset, sink and toilet.
Next to the kitchen is the living room with log burner, flat screen tv and another staircase leading up to a twin bedroom and bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet and up another staircase to a 2nd twin bedroom.
Bedding and towels are provided. The cottage also has free WIFI.
