    Description

    Number Six is a lovely 1920s Detached House with large garden. In one of Weymouth's most desirable residential areas. There is plenty for families to do all within 5 minutes walk of the house, it is an ideal location to come with children of all ages.

    Having recently been refurbished, Number six is extremely comfortable and is well equipped for catering in for 12. It has a dining room with table and chairs to seat 12, which is open through to the kitchen, so the cooks don't feel left out. There are patio doors from the dining room out to the garden, so you can bbq just outside if you wish.

    The living room has SKY TV, an open fire, and there is also WIFI.

    The house has 5 bedrooms, with many original features and a large country garden to relax in.
    Bedroom 1 has a King size bed and is en suite.
    Bedroom 2 has a double bed and is en suite.
    Bedroom 3 has a double bed.
    Bedroom 4 has the extra wide cabin bunk beds, and twin beds (sleeps 4).
    Bedroom 5 which is on the ground floor has twin beds which can be a king size too.

    With the Jurassic coast on your door step too, whether you want to stay in and cosy up in front of the fire, or get out and explore, you won't be stuck for things to do!
    Weymouth was the venue for the 2012 Olympic sailing competition and the local facilities are excellent. The Town centre is less than 1 mile away where there are a wide variety of shops, restaurants and entertainments.

    Location description

    The house is very close to the Lodmoor country park (5 minutes walk) which has a large range of entertainment including the Sea Life centre, a tropical jungle, and Captain Kids World, a Mini Golf Course, Model World, as well as a leisure ranch with Cresta Run, Go Cart circuit and Bumper Boats. There is a Model Railway and a 9 Hole pitch and put golf course. There is a train which runs along the sea front from this attraction, taking you to the Harbour at the other end of the promenade approx 1 mile away. Within the park there is also a pub and restaurant, the RSPB nature reserve with flat 2.5k circular walk route suitable for wheelchairs. The Greenhill Gardens over the road are an award winning area overlooking the beach and promenade, with tennis courts, lawn bowls, and cafes all around.

    Directions

    Weymouth is conveniently on a direct line train from London Waterloo, which takes 2.5 hours. We are a 2.5 hour drive from London also. By Car Dorset is easily accessible from the M27 in the East and M5 from the West and Midlands, directions from your departure point are sent upon booking.
