Description
Stratford House provides an ideal venue for large family or friend reunions. Cars are not essential as the property is located within 10 minutes walk of all major attractions and shops and the town is well served by bus and rail. But if cars are preferred the forecourt provides ample parking for up to 8 cars.
On the ground floor is a kitchen, lounge, conservatory dining room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin and 1 single. The first floor provides 2 further doubles, a family room for 4, a single and a further twin. All have TVs and full en-suite facilities with the exception of the ground floor single room that has an en-suite shower only and a separate cloakroom. Outside is a patio area and a summer house that can be used as an extra sitting room or playroom.
With regards to seating in general, the lounge has 3 comfortable sofas. The summerhouse has a random selection of seating which has been deliberately designed. The idea is that some groups may like to send the children off to an area of their own, i.e. the summerhouse while others may prefer to just get everyone together in the main lounge. Hence all of the seating in the summerhouse is light to carry and can be brought into the main lounge as wished.
The dining room can be arranged in 2 ways. There are 2 tables that can each seat 8 people very comfortably. However these tables can be put together to create almost a square to provide comfortable seating for up to 14. This arrangement would not be ideal for 15 or 16 people as 1 or 2 volunteers would have to sit at corners, but it can be done.

Directions
Entering CV37 9QA into your SatNAv will usually bring you right to our front door. NB! The house numbers along our road are consecutive and so number 121 is OPPOSITE number 13. Many people see number 3 or 5 on the right and then go hareing up the road for a further half mile thinking it's just odd numbers on the right. Look to your left instead and you will see 122 and then us. (Ignore the brand new block of flats situated almost on top of the roundabout).
Without a SatNav follow signs to Town Centre / Stratford Racecourse. There are so many ways to enter the town, but essentially we are on the West of the town. Whichever way you come through the town you will come across a free standing clock tower.(i.e. Ignore Barclays bank). At this point turn into Rother Street so that the clock tower remains on your left. A further 500 yards and you will come to a roundabout. Turn right into Shottery Road. We are 2nd house on the left (ignoring new block of flats).
