Enjoy the sun or the shade.... there are two big verandas with armchairs and outdoor fireplace, looking at the sea, trees and the swimming pool. The whole villa is surrounded by fruit trees, olive trees and cultivated greenery and bushes... or get active in a private gym.
A large spacious living room with glass walls offers a comfortable ambiance and a most magnificent panoramic view. The living area is connected with a stylish well-equipped kitchen. Two separate bedrooms (air-conditioned) provided for four people, one bedroom with a double bed and one room with two single beds.

Location description
Villa Oleja is situated in an excellent location in a quiet area on the southern side of Split. A pleasant walk along the city beaches will lead you to the 1700 year old city centre and the Diocletian Palace protected by UNESCO as a cultural monument and registered by the World Cultural Heritage.
Near the house are sport and recreation facilities for the whole family including an amusement park, tracks for cycling, roller skating and jogging, cafe bars, restaurants, grocery stores and a bus station (25 min to the centre of Split). The house is just five minutes by foot from the pebble beaches.
Directions
If you come from Zagreb or the Split airport direction, as well as from Dubrovnik direction follow the SPLIT – CAR FERRY – BUS STATION sign driving straight ahead until the sign for the ŽNJAN (a beach - blue flag winner, an exhibition place). Then turn left to ŽNJAN and drive to the beach and supermarket Mercury there turn left and drive along the beach 500m and then on the left side you will see Villa Olea.
