The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven. A utility room off from the kitchen also includes a washing machine/dryer and WC.
The first-floor features four good size bedrooms, two king size doubles, one single and one snug room with bunkbeds which includes TV/DVD and games console. One of the king size bedrooms also has an en-suite shower and WC. There is a contemporary family bathroom which features a bath and shower.
The spacious garden, enclosed with fences is ideal for children and dogs. There is ample room to run and play, with full visibility from the house. Attached to the house is a spacious garage for keeping bicycles, surfboards and golf clubs under lock and key. There is also a private driveway for two cars.
