    Holiday cottage to rent in Noss Mayo on the Yealm estuary on the South Devon coast - an ideal base for family holidays and for walking, boating or fishing.

    The house was built in the 1850's for the Revelstoke Estate. It was built for our grandfather who was at various times a boatbuilder, harbourmaster and skipper.

    Looking out on the river Yealm, in the picture postcard villages of Noss Mayo and Newton Ferrers, 53 Noss Mayo is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

    When you're buying the advice is "location, location, location". It's just as true when choosing somewhere for a great holiday.

    The cottage offers:

    Directions

    From the south by ferry to Plymouth - take the Kinsbridge Rd out of Plymouth, then turn right at the Kitley Hotel just before Yealmpton.

    Follow signs for Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo. They are twin villages on opposite sides of the Yealm estuary.

    From the north - take the M5 to Exeter, then the A38 towards Plymouth. Follow signs for Yealmpton then Newton and Noss.
