Newly-built house to let, set in the fabulous seaside village of Pittulongu, just 7 Km from Olbia.
Marvellous white sandy beaches just a few minutes walk from the property.
Close to local Restaurants and Supermarket .
The house (60sq.m) with front verandah (20sq.m) and garden (100sq.m) can accommodate up to five people, though best suited for four.
This house is perfect whether you want lazy days on the beach or a base to explore sights from.
For a day out, Olbia, the Costa Smeralda, Golfo Aranci, Porto Rotondo and many other little villages are all within easy reach by car.

Location description
Pittulongu is a recent built seaside borgo, with numerous beach both serviced and unspoilt.
Basic services such restaurants, supermarkets bars on the beach, fish shop and several waterfront restaurant are very close to the house.
Ideal base to discover the wilde coast or the fascinating Costa Smeralda(also known as Emerald Cosat), just 15 min drive to Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo and the picturesque village of San Pantaleo.
Other activities
On most beaches you can rent deck chair and umbrellas/shade.
Also available to rent Kayak, water scooter, rubber boats, pedalos.

Great location
We had a great time in Pittulongu. The house was great for 4 people. Great location a quick bus ride from the airport. Great sandy beach, restaurants. Beautiful peaceful scenery and owner were very helpful on our arrival.
We will be going back.Could not have been better for our holiday.

Had lovely holiday in a lovely place..
..the house was clean and spacious with all the facility provided.
Air con in all rooms which was a blessing when we came back from the beach.
The spacious veranda and garden has a barbecue, making it a relaxing spot to enjoy some al fresco dining.
The owner were very friendly and helpful during our stay and gave so much information.
There are some lovely places to eat in Olbia as well as plenty of fantastic beaches.
A great place for a relaxing holiday, we will book this villa again.
