"I've fallen in love with this property since I first stayed there in 2007. It is pristine
and the theater room is just incredible. The owner is the best host ever. The view of the
river from the bedrooms and the living/dining room is priceless. It far surpasses the
amenities offered from any hotel & one of the most beautiful properties on Grand Island.
Main bathroom boasts his & her sinks that rival any bathroom in the magazines.
I recommend this property!

This Home at 917 n colony has been our meeting place for many years. GLENN, the
owner has been the reason we keep coming back to the area and his always promoting
the Restaurant /bar and sports in the area. Always making it easy to visit Grand Island
with all our needs being looked after. Glenn is very hard working man and dedicated
to the BB business and good for the tourist to keep coming back.

My fianc� and I stayed at the Niagara River Inn last winter. The house on the river
is beautiful and Glenn couldn't have done a better job in making sure we had
everything we needed. Kitchens, bathrooms came fully stocked and there was
plenty of entertainment provided. Glenn also provided us with a map of all the
local hot spots including all of the best restaurants, grocery stores and tourist sites.
We cannot wait to come back one day as Glenn is the best B&B host we have ever had.

We spent one of the most enjoyable weekends we have had when we recently
stayed at the Niagara River Inn to have a close view of the Grand Island Poker Run.
We would never have dined in local restaurants on Grand Island had we not been
staying there and were looking forward to spending a weekend there each summer.

Hi Glenn: Staying at your home made ALL the difference in our vacation to the Buffalo
area for my niece's wedding. The home is ideally situated, spacious, well-stocked, and
reasonably priced. We would definitely return on future trips to the area to visit my family.

We had a great time. The view of the River at this house just can't be beat. Photos do not do it justice. Also, We were very glad that the owner was around to help us with a medical emergency and was able to take my mother to the hospital. It turned out ok, but could have ruined our vacation. Moody & Smith family - This is a 5 star home ! The location was perfect. It is right in between Niagara Falls and Buffalo. It was very convenient for sightseeing. There were 9 of us aged 9 to 59. There was plenty to keep everyone occupied. The youngest loved fishing on the dock and swimming in the pool. The teenagers loved the pool and theatre room. They all enjoyed smores at the firepit. The older ones enjoyed the deck overlooking the water watching the ducks, geese and the daily heron visit.
The house was as described and more. We have been staying in vacation rental homes for over 15 years and this is by far the best stocked home (BnB/Inn) we have stayed at. It has literally everything you will ever need.
We ate out but the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed including a bottle of wine, spices, coffee, filters and a complete array of pots and pans.
Glenn was a pleasure to work with. He is onsite and available to offer advise and take care of the pool and hot tub. THANKS GLENN FOR SOME WONDERFUL MEMORIES!!

Could not have found a better place to stay.
The Niagara River Inn made our trip memorable. Excellent place to stay with family and friends. Owner of the home, Glenn, is very kind and very helpful person. His kindness and care shows in every inch of the house. He provided us with great touring tips and also to loan us a computer. My husband forgot his laptop and we could not thank Glenn enough since he loaned us his laptop. We enjoyed the hot tub, grilling and sitting by the river. Very peaceful, well maintained property right on the Niagara river.
My kids 4 year old and 2.5 year old keep asking me when are we going back.
My sister was visiting me from India for 3 weeks and this trip was the best memory that she could carry with her back home.....thanks to Niagara River Inn.

Whoa, nice view
Our stay in November was great. The view of the River is great and the location could not be better. The house offers more than any others and we enjoyed the firepit by the water and TV that is huge, a very nice feature. Hope to get back in the summer. I recommend it to anyone.

Staying at the Niagara River Inn was the perfect way to spend a few days in the Niagara Falls area. It was definitely nicer than staying in a sterile hotel room! The Inn felt very homey and warm, with huge windows that looked out on the Niagara River; it was clean and spacious, and we were given a nice bottle of wine by the owner. The location was convenient to drive to Niagara Falls, as well as into Buffalo.

This was a welcoming and comfortable home with all the the things one would be looking for in quality lodging including a unique view of the Niagara River and the logistical convenience to Western New York and the Niagara Region.

We are so glad we booked this home. It is so georgeous. Being right on the River was the best. We enjoyed a fire by the River, played ladderball, did some fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool, drinking wine in the hot tub. Such a fun time with our family and friends. We were just a little concerned that Glenn was onsite, however, anyone feeling the same way should not. His recommendations for restaurants and tours made our trip so much better. He was fun to talk with and even sat around the campfire with us and played some songs for us. This is an owner who takes care of his guests! We plan to be back for our anniversary.

We have become spoiled by renting homes over hotels, it costs less.and you do not get any view... this view is amazing. With our boat we went to the beach at Beaver Island Park & Erie Canal. Grand Island is one of the few undeveloped, unspoiled areas in the area. Great location.

Our stay was wonderful. The house is spacious and cozy, and all the ammenities are there. The pool, the hot tub, the fire pit, the dock, the river views were all added features. Laundry TV's, plenty of towels and a fully stocked kitchen made the stay even more enjoyable. The price was right, and Glenn was a joy to deal with.
