Description
The Seashells is a modern 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house situated on the seafront at Littlestone in Kent. Set over 4 floors, the house has 3 sea facing balconies with extensive views over the sea and a secure courtyard at the back of the house where you can enjoy the sun.
There is plenty of free parking around the house and a large garage for storage of bikes, golf clubs or other holiday paraphernalia!
The ground floor has a large, bright kitchen diner with comfy seating and a large TV, The kitchen is very well equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, an American style fridge freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, double oven, microwave and hob. The room has a lovely balcony - perfect for your morning coffee.
The lower ground floor has a bedroom with a kingsize bed and large bathroom with a shower. The garage can be accessed from this floor and houses a washing machine and tumble drier. It also has a full size table tennis table and dartboard for a bit of healthy competition!
The first floor has a master bedroom with a superking bed and an ensuite bathroom. It also has a private balcony with sea views. Bedroom 2 has a superking bed that can be split into 2 singles and an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.
The top floor has a cosy lounge with a gas fire and a kitchenette with fridge. These is also a large bedroom on this floor with a superking bed (can be 2 x singles) and a bathroom with bath and shower. Off the lounge is a balcony with outdoor lounge furniture and sea views.
The house comfortably sleeps 8 plus little ones with space for a travel cot (provided) and a highchair if needed for little ones.
The house is set over 4 floors which might make it unsuitable for anyone for whom stairs is an issue.
Well behaved dogs (max 2) welcome by prior arrangement.
Refundable damage deposit of 250 payable in addition to fees.

Location description
The Seashells in on the seafront at Littlestone on Sea in Kent. A quiet beach with a mix of pebbles and sand and wider sandy stretches within 10 mins walk. The house has amazing, uninterrupted sea views with glimpses of the French coast on a clear day. It's a short walk to the local shop and to the golf course and local pub & restaurant, with a slightly longer walk (or very short car ride) to New Romney with its lovely pubs and restaurants. Golfers can walk to Littlestone Golf course or Romney Warren course - both 5 mins from the house.
Other activities
A range of watersports available, good golf courses, beach and course fishing. Great coastal walks/bike rides from the house.
Tourist attractions
Port Lympne Animal Park, RSPB Dungeness, Local Beaches and historic walks
