Bank Springs Brewery Grade II Listed, formerly a working brewery now converted to an attractive holiday house. Set in own grounds with stunning views of Black Combe and local fells and nicely situated within the setting of The Lake District National Park now a UNESCO site, close to beautiful beaches.
Bank Springs is set in its own grounds with ample parking, a lovely spacious walled garden leading to a BBQ area.
Bank Springs offers comfortable accommodation with two sitting rooms one with
wood stove fire and hearth made from local brewery slate. Both rooms are comfy and have views of Black Combe and garden.
There is a large well-fitted bright country style kitchen with dining area-giving access to a large enclosed court yard. Under stairs small utility room a down stairs family bathroom with electric shower and three-piece bathroom suite.
The staircase leads to a spacious landing with three large bedrooms. The master bedroom is bright and roomy with a double bed, en-suite shower room and with stunning views looking over Black Combe.
A middle bedroom has two single beds and washing facilities, with views overlooking fields and fells,
There is also a extra large family bedroom with a double bed two single beds and en-suite shower room, this room has plenty of space and again extensive views over Black Combe and the garden.
Electricity & wood are available free during your stay at Bank Springs.
The property is nicely decorated throughout and has comfortable furnishings. There is full central heating (oil), double-glazing and roof insulation.

Location description
A car is advisable as Bank Springs is quite rural and the nearest town for supplies is Millom 3 miles away.We can supply a list of taxis in the area and there is a train station at Millom and also a station in the village of Silecroft 2 miles way. We are very happy to help with obtaining time tables if needed.

Directions
By Road.
From North or South leave M6 at junction 36. Take the A590 to Greenodd and turn right onto A5092 Workington. This road climbs over the fells into Grizebeck joining the A595 en-route. Keep on the A595 you will come to a T junction, turn left and follow the road for 1 mile. As you approach the level crossing take the first left to Bank Springs Brewery LA18 5LN
