    The house is secluded within a large area of trees and gardens, yet just a short distance from all the local amenities in Lynton.

    There is ample room for guests with areas for peace and quiet.

    The house is full of character and whilst maintaining the original features, the accommodation is presented to a high standard.

    Sea views are a feature of this house where guests can sit out on the private balconies or terraces overlooking Exmoor and the sea.

    There is no more queuing for the bathroom as The Lynhurst has 9 en-suites with an additional separate toilet all of which are well maintained.

    The extremely large outdoor space contains tables and chairs for everyone. There are two very large brick BBQs. In addition there is the newly completed panoramic seating area with glorious sea views, a private terraced area and a huge lawn as well as the terraces to explore.
