Location description
Unique idyllic oceanfront location on a peninsula, just a few yards from the beach and the Atlantic ocean. The 250° ocean view is just stunning. The ocean views can be enjoyed from every room of the house, even from the showers! From the house you can see the sunrise and sunset! The house is surrounded by palm trees and lots of mature green which do provide shade and coolness. There is a white-sandy beach, with shallow waters (ideal for children) and a great wind-, kite- & surfing spot, Surfers Point, virtually in the back yard.
