    Private secluded location close to local amenities and only 30 minutes from the coast.
    Really lovely location with farm animals and lots of outside space for children to run.
    Walks around a lovely little common right on the doorstep without having to go on the road.
    Lovely location and on the doorstep of everything that Devon has to offer.
    We will provide lots of information about local walks and the surrounding area.
    The Hay Barn is set in the Heart of the Blackdown Hills in a very rural location and is located on our family farm so guests are welcome to go and see the animals. We currently have highland cows, sheep, lambs and chickens. Please note that this is a working smallholding.
    Just one mile away we have the lovely village of Hemyock which has two village shops and a village pub, 'The Catherine Wheel'. Here you can find all of the local amenities, and the pub offers takeaway options and the restaurant will be open post covid. Hemyock is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
    The picturesque village of Culmstock is only three miles from here and has a lovely country pub with lots of outside seating set on the River Culm. There is also a country village shop which sells cakes and pastries. T
    The market town of Honiton is only 20 minutes away by car and has two weekly markets, and is often featured on antique programmes due to its' abundance of antique shops.
    We are located around 30 minutes from the nearest coastal town of Sidmouth. We also have the sandy beach of Exmouth, around 45 minutes away by car.
    Devon is famous for its beautiful coastal towns and Dartmoor National Park and Exmoor National Park are both around an hours' drive away.
    All of the beaches are quite easily accessible by car on both the north and south coast. We are around 20 minutes from junction 26 of the m5.
