Description
Only 35 minutes drive from Nice International Airport Le Foulon is a grand residence with beautiful mountain panoramas from every window. Well connected for day trips to all the Cote d'Azur has to offer (Monaco, Nice, Antibes, Cannes etc), but secluded enough to be as restful as you wish.
We offer space for up to 26 guests - with a very large lounge and dining area, separate library and adjoining double height conservatory, large barbecue deck plus large lounge deck with firepit and an 36ft heated pool. Not to mention 15 acres of river fronted countryside and long country walks from our doorstep.
Exclusively rent the whole property with as little as 12 people (in low season) and enjoy self-catering in a large semi-commercial kitchen. English owned and run we offer a shopping service providing restaurant quality food and wine on arrival (for supermarket prices) and can even provide a catering service for an evening meal or two.
Nearby you are met with warm smiles from locals not saturated with tourists, despite our proximity to the Riviera. Medeival villages cook up Provencal specialities enjoyed by locals and visitors alike, there are a host of adventure activities to hand, from beginners canyoning through white water rapids to tandem paragliding jumps. Rock climbing to karting and during a short Winter season even skiing just 20 minutes drive away, with the reward of a view down to the Mediterranean.
Sounds like everything you could wish for? So did we, which is why we left our UK careers and have spent the last 6 years bringing this gem of a property up to the high standard it is today.

Location description
Our village of Greolieres is the oldest recorded perched village in Provence. Untouched by tourism it is a real taste of the past, with a boulangerie, 4 great restaurants and a mini-market that in a very un-French like manner opens from 8am-8pm every day of the week.
Gourdon, with a far reach views of the Cote d'Azur and sometimes even Corsica is only 10 minutes drive, and a perfect lunch spot. You will also find near by the villages of Tourettes sur Loup
Directions
Directions From Airport / A8 West bound From Nice / Italy
It's pretty easy, can be done in 35 minutes, but you'll probably want an extra few unless you know the road.
As you leave the airport follow signs for the autoroute - A8, direction Cannes.
You're only on this for a few kilometres and take the second exit, exit 48 towards Cagnes sur Mer/Vence. This is where you'll need 60 cents for the privilege of 5 mins on the motorway. If you don't have change to throw in the bucket then go to the right hand booth that's manned or pay by card in the machine.
This takes you onto a dual carriageway and at the second roundabout, with MacDonald's on your left and a Casino supermarket on your right, turn left to Villeneuve Loubet.
2-300m later turn RIGHT at a kind of T junction on the D6 TO LA COLLE SUR LOUP.
Continue straight on this road for about 3.5kms (2.2 miles) until you come to a SMALL ROUNDABOUT AT LA COLLE SUR LOUP & TAKE THE 2ND EXIT (VIRTUALLY STRAIGHT ON) TOWARDS GRASSE.
Continue straight on this road out of Colle Sur Loup, down the hill, past LA PINEDES CAMP SITE on your right, and after a total of 2.5kms (1.5miles) TAKE THE RIGHT HAND TURNING TO “PONT DU LOUP, GRÉOLIÈRES & GRÉOLIÈRES LES NEIGES” ON THE D6.
Continue straight for 10kms (6.2 miles) of very twisty scenic road, that follows the course of the river Loup. Watch out for the increasingly tight right handers!
You then arrive at a CROSSROADS - GO STRAIGHT OVER TOWARDS GRÉOLIÈRES.
5.6kms (3.1 miles) THROUGH THE GORGES DE LOUP you come to BRAMAFAM, which consists of a small bridge, a shop on your right by the turning to Courmes, and that's about it. Continue straight on towards GRÉOLIÈRES.
A further 3.4kms (2.1 miles) of twisties the road straightens out just a little bit and on the left is LE FOULON with a sign to the left of the drive.
Continue straight down the drive, ignore the left turn and you're there.
