Description
Peel House is a lovingly refurbished Georgian period property within the southern coastal town of Gosport, Hampshire.
This 4 bedroom house has been restored, refurbished and furnished to a good 4* star standard and is situated within a pleasant conservation area 5 minutes from the town centre where the ferry can take you for a short 5 minute ride to Portsmouth and the wonderful Gunwharf Quays, a superb waterfront complex with over 90 designer retail outlets, 30 odd cafés, restaurants, bistros and bars, Cinema, Bowling Alley, Casino, Jongleurs Comedy and Tiger Tiger nightclub plus the iconic Spinnaker Tower all set around the harbour quayside.
Each of the 4 lovely bedrooms have superior quality kingsize double beds which can separate to create 2 singles and are made up with crisp white cotton linen and fresh white towels for all guests. 3 of the bedrooms are 'family' rooms being able to sleep 3 or 4 allow sleeping for up to 12 if requested plus some of the bedrooms can also accommodate children's cots where required.
The 2 high spec bathrooms both have quality fitted showers and the master en suite bathroom is also fitted with a large roll top bath with all towelling provided.
The kitchen comes fitted with all mod cons and is fully equipped for full self catering with a large range style gas cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
The adjacent dining room is home to a large 12 seater dining table with 12 matching dining chairs and the table can convert to a pool/snooker/table tennis table and has French doors leading out onto the patio. The lounge also comfortably seats 12 with a large 40” flat screen TV and Wii/X-Box console and Sky Movies and Sports Channels.
Finally there are the gardens, the front laid to lawn with border shrubs and the rear being accessed from French doors from the dining room and kitchen with a stone patio with table, chairs and parasol, a lawned area and a raised patio which can accommodate a hot tub if desired.
All linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly with a mid week maid service available on request. Child cots, high chairs and stair gates also available at no extra cost. (If cots are provided guests are kindly asked to bring their own child’s bedding please).
