Stoke Villas is a fabulous Victorian Townhouse with splendid Corinthian front entrance pillars and other original features situated only 5 minutes from the beach and Gosport Town centre where the ferry to Portsmouth and the wonderful Gunwharf Quays is only another short 5 minute ferry journey away.
The 5 bedrooms sleep 17 guests in superior quality 5ft King double or single beds plus additional visitors if requested and is ideal for special get togethers, family holidays, business or crew accommodation and well behaved hen and bachelor groups.
The 3 high spec bathrooms all have fitted showers and the main 1st floor bathroom is also fitted with a generous sized 'P' shaped bath.
The dining room is home to 2 splendid large oak dining tables seating up to 18 with comfortable matching upholstered dining chairs plus a central fireplace, chandelier, bay window and long flowing curtains.
The lounge also seats 18 on settees, chairs, modern leather covered pouffees and comfortable bean bags with 1 of the sofas and 1 of the chairs being bed settees for extra guests, if required, with an original central fireplace, bay window and long flowing curtains.
The kitchen comes fitted with all mod cons, a large range style gas cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and an American style fridge freezer.
The large conservatory, off the kitchen, also doubles as a super fun games room and boasts a pool/snooker table, table tennis, a large wall mounted TV and X-box plus plenty of games to keep young and old amused.
Finally there is the garden with decking coming away from the lounge French doors with outside table, chairs and parasol, a stone patio area, a raised lawn with trampoline area and a paved area where you can hire in a Hot Tub if desired.

Location description
Set in the southern coastal town of Gosport, Hampshire with 3 nearby beaches, the house is 5 minutes from the beach or town and is a 5 minute ferry ride to Portsmouth and Gunwharf Quays.
With 24 miles of waterfront, 3 marinas, scenic walks and fantastic viewing points across to Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight. Gosport has a lot to offer, days at the beach, harbour, island and river boat trips, sailing, messing around in the water on funcraft, fishing either off the pontoons, the seawall, or on chartered boats. Keeping with the water there is the Submarine Museum at Dolphin, home to the Royal Navy's very 1st submarine (Holland 1) and the Explosion Museum of Naval Firepower at Priddys Hard.
We have a number of Forts within the area, part of 'Palmerstons Follies', the then prime minister who commissioned these buildings to deal with or prevent another French invasion, which subsequently never happened. These include Fort Brockhurst on land or The Spitbank Fort which sits in the middle of The Solent !
Gosports great location and close proximity to Portsmouths Historic Dockyard, home to The Mary Rose, Nelsons HMS Victory and the HMS Warrior is only part of its appeal. With the addition of world class heritage sites, award-winning interactive museums and historic trails, plus Fort Brockhurst, the 17th Century Village and the Alver Valley Wildgrounds, Gosport is packed full of surprises and interesting places.
