This charming house with cosy garden has been tastefully renovated and is situated in Doussard at Lake Annecy.
The house is situated in a quiet environment in the countryside near the river la Bornette and offers a nice view at the mountain chains of des Dents de Cons and la Tournette. With a total surface of about 160 m˛ the house offers :
Ground floor :
Entrance hall with grand piano, can be opened for music lovers or otherwise be closed.
Living room with fireplace and large bay window opening to the 30 m˛ terrace.
Dining room with view at the garden and the mountain chain of des Dents de Cons
Separate kitchen with American fridge, gas rings and electric cooking plates, oven, dish washer and various kitchenware.
Bedroom 1 with double bed 140 large
Shower room with shower, wash basin and separated WC.
1st Floor :
TV room with Home Cinema, stowaway beds (double bed)
Bedroom 2 with double bed 160 large, adjoining bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. The bathroom offers a view at the mountain chains and a slight lake view.
Bedroom 3 : Master bedroom with double bed 160, walk-in closet, adjoining bathroom with bath, shower, double wash basin and WC
Basement : Scullery with washing machine and dryer.
Outside :
Private pool 14m x 5m
Parking for 3 cars in the street in front of the house.
Outside you will find the terrace at a first level and the pool and garden at a second level. The 2000 m˛ garden is entirely enclosed.
Deck chairs and barbecue.
Cot and high chair are available on request.
For a stay end of December the house will be nicely decorated.
ATTENTION :
A couple lives at the ground floor of the house, in a completely independent apartment. They have their own private entrance and a small private part in the garden (not visible from the pool). They are responsible for the maintenance of garden and pool.

Location description
The house is situated in Doussard, in the countryside but not isolated. There are neighbours.
The village of Doussard is situated at the end of Lake Annecy. Cyclists will appreciate the cycle lane that connects Annecy with the Savoie.
Various walking and cycling tours possible starting from the house.
The nearest shops are at within 2.5 km.
