    Description

    La Fresnaie is a modern house (built in 2007) on a 1/4 acre plot. Surrounded by lawns and mature hedgerows, the house has been designed and built to ensure the highest level of accessibility for disabled guests.

    Furnished to a high standard, the ground floor is all on one level with tiled floors throughout, and has: two bedrooms (1 king size double, 1 twin), an adjoining wetroom style bathroom, a spacious lounge and a kitchen adapted for wheelchair users with: low level ceramic hob and food prep worktop, mid-height electric oven; 2-door fridge freezer; washing machine; dishwasher; microwave oven; toaster; kettle. A staircase leads to a spacious landing. A further bedroom is available on the first floor (either 1 double or 1 twin), with an adjoining bathroom and separate WC.

    Outside and on the same level as the house and garage - are a west-facing, covered terrace and a south-facing open terrace. Equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, both terraces are accessible from the house via wide doorways.
