Description
Daisy Chain provides a fabulous destination for a relaxing family holiday. It sleeps nine in five bedrooms, with two en-suite bathrooms and one family bathroom. There are two double rooms, a twin bedded room, a bunkbed room and a single room. There is also a cot and a travel cot if required. Families are very welcome and the property is well equipped to make your holiday that little bit easier - stair gates, cots, high chair, changing mat, toys, games and books. The accommodation is spread over three floors with the living accommodation on the first floor to make the most of the amazing views over the lake. The house enjoys uninterrupted views of Somerford Lagoon, the largest lake on the estate. A Canadian Canoe is available for guests to use.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with double oven, 5 ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. There is crockery for 12 place settings, plenty of pans, cast iron casserole dishes, childrens plates, bowls, cups. A breakfast bar has 2 bar stools.
Living Rooms:
The lounge has a vaulted ceiling and sliding glazed doors leading to the upper sun deck and wonderful views over the lake. It has a wood burning stove and oak flooring. It comes fully equipped with a large flat screen Smart TV and free wireless access.
Other:
The dining area has a table that will comfortably seat 10 people. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area provide for relaxed family living with amazing views over the lake. Watch the sun rise and the moon reflected in the water.
Utility Room:
The Utility room has a washer / dryer as well as a linen basket for dirty washing, a washing basket and a clothes airer. There is a separate basin. There is also an ironing board and iron.

Location description
Daisy Chain provides an excellent location for exploring the Cotswolds - the Roman towns of Cirencester and Bath are within easy reach as are many beautiful Cotswold villages.
We find it makes an excellent base for meeting up with friends and family from different parts of the country.
The nearest town Cirencester is an historic and elegant town, with a Roman Museum to discover as well as a range of shops, cafes and restaurants. It has a Waitrose and Tesco and all the major Supermarkets will deliver your grocery order direct to your door.
Local events
The house is perfect as a base for local events such as Badminton Horse Trials or the Fairford Airshow.
Tourist attractions
With the Cotswolds on your doorstep there are plenty of places to explore - from beautiful villages, to the cities of Bath, Bristol and Oxford which are all less than an hours drive away.
Directions
Lower Mill Estate is situated in Cotswolds Water Park, 5 miles south of Cirencester and 8 miles north of Swindon. It is just 20 minutes drive from the M4 and M5 motorways, and only one and a half hours drive from London.
It is easily reached by train from London Paddington.
A car is advisable to explore the local area.
