    In this attractive town we offer a stylish, elegant house which has two marvellous lower and upper balconies, both of which can be seen as soon as you approach the house.

    The front garden has an arrangement of plants and bushes with a stone path leading up to the lower balcony and front door.

    BATHROOM
    This bright modern luxury bathroom comes equipped with a Jacuzzi/shower, a large white storage cupboard, toilet, and sink. The room receives daylight through the window on the right.

    MASTER BEDROOM
    This spacious well-lit room comes complete with a double bed, two bedside tables and two lamps, a large wardrobe and a dressing table. The stone flooring also keeps the house cool during the hot days.

    SECOND BEDROOM
    This room is well-lit from the large double window complete with single bed, work area bedside lamp and wardrobe. This room is ideal for any children in the family.

    THIRD BEDROOM
    This room is very similar to the second bedroom and comes with the same furnishings. Again, this is a perfect room for any children in the family.

    LIVING/DINING AREA
    The surroundings are ideal for relaxing and watching TV or enjoying a meal at the six sitting dining table. The room is fitted with a two-piece suite containing a three-seater and a two-seater sofa.

    KITCHEN
    The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a gas cooker. The work surfaces are of hard dark wood, with plenty of cabinets. There is also a back entrance leading to the kitchen from the garden.

    PATIO AREA (rear of house)
    Comes complete with barbecue, small table, chairs and sun shade.

    This property is well suited for families as the front and back garden are secure - there are gates to both entrances and the community is gated. We can provide, via a professional and efficient specialist rental company, any baby or child equipment eg cots, seats, stair gates, sterilizers for a small fee payable on arrival - on request. There is also a child pool attached to the main pool.

    This is not ideal for wheelchair users as there are half-a-dozen steps up to the front of the house although there are only three steps at the back. However, there is a downstairs bedroom and downstairs WC and shower room.
