The villa and swimming pool (with beach walks and Jacuzzi) are facing south at a dead end (private access). The double veranda of 70 m˛ mark the link between the villa and the exotic garden. Landscaped 3000 m˛ (gardens with trees of palms, flowers and grass). Table tennis, volleyball net, children's games: barges, rackets, games ... Between l' Aude and Gard, 30 minutes from Nimes and 40 minutes from Béziers, and 20 minutes from the sea (Carnon, Palavas, the Grande Motte), 30 minutes from Grau of the King, 1:00 of the Co.-Marie-of-the-Sea, far from the torments of the city. L' environment close to the villa is very calm (only one neighbor and the guard behind the house). All trade is 500 Mr. Tennis is 800m. Golf and Motorway 7km. Airport 15 km.
