Description
An attractively decorated, well furnished house with its living area on the first floor.
The lounge and dining area face south onto a large terrace where there is sun most of the day.
This terrace is equipped with patio furniture for eating and drinking outside in the sun, a gas barbeque and sun loungers.
There are two large bedrooms, one of which opens out on to the terrace.
Beaches, restaurants, bars and a small supermarket are all within easy walking distance in the village and port of Portivy. For more services, including the weekly market, the town of St Pierre Quiberon is 5 minutes by car (or 10 by bike).
The owners live discretely in a flat on the basement floor of the house and will be there to meet you and are available if you need help or information.

Location description
Quiberon is a thin peninsular next to Carnac with a west side open to the Atlantic ocean waves and a sheltered east side. There are lots of sandy beaches in all directions, some safe and calm and some with waves.
This means all watersports are possible including surfing, kite surfing, kayaking, diving and sailing.
There are tracks and safe roads everywhere to cycle on if you don't want use the car.
The coastal path along the cliffs makes for a good walk.

Directions
The easiest way is either by ferry and car or flight and hire car. Public transport is possible but a bit difficult.
Roscoff is the closest ferry port but runs from Plymouth.
If Plymouth is too far, Portsmouth - Le Havre is OK. We are about 4 hours away from Le Havre on easy roads.
