Description
Bills-House is a semi-detached home still used by the owners family for holidays.
The house is situated in a quiet area but within easy walking distance of the town centre, the restaurants, pubs, and the entertainment facilities.
The house is fully furnished and equipped for a family holiday and is ideal for three generations. The ground floor Study/Bedroom 4 with a sofa bed has the benefit of being adjacent to the ground floor cloak room with toilet and hand basin.
The ground floor has recently been refurbished with a new kitchen, custom made dining table, and new lounge furniture. This gives a relaxed co-odinated area for guests to cook, eat, and relax.
The Lounge sliding doors opens onto a patio and garden with a patio table and chairs for alfresco dinning.
The upstairs is reached via a straight flight of stairs with a hand rail both sides. One side of the landing is the master bedroom with ensuite and the third bedroom with bunk beds. The other side of the landing is bedroom 2 with twin beds and the family shower room adjacent.
Free WiFi is available to enhance modern day expectations of entertainment and social media.
At the front of the property there is off road parking for 2 cars, and beside the front door is the service cupboard which also houses some beach equipment - Buckets, spades wind break etc. The side gate leads to a walled rear garden and the hard standing immediately behind the gate has a bicycle anchor point. The centre flower bed has many herbs growing (if you know your herbs help your self) and to take in the scents of the plants there is a 3 seater swing seat near by to relax in.
