Oyster cottage in Braunton is a family and pet friendly property closely situated to the popular surfing location of Croyde bay and Saunton Beach.
This 3 bedroomed modern cottage offers high spec accommodation for 6 visitors. With added luxuries such as: WIFI, Underfloor heating, Sky 37'' LCD TV, Games, and DVD player. Being walking distance from Braunton village which offers fantastic array of eateries, surfing shops, local community spirit and general stores Braunton will not disappoint any holiday maker visiting here.
Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with Kingsized bed, bedside units, chest of drawers, LCD TV and Ensuite shower room
Bedroom 2 - Twin beds (can be made into a kingsize upon request) with bedside unit and reading lamps.
Bedroom 3 - Bunk bed room that the children will adore with chest of drawers.
Main bathroom - Bath with shower over, toilet and washbasin
Downstairs living room has two 3 seater leather sofas, underfloor heating, LCD 37'' TV with DVD player and doors opening onto the rear sunny terraced garden.
Kitchen/diner - Dinning table seats 6, Modern fresh contemporary kitchen units with fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave. toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and all the appliances/equipment one would expect from a holiday rental of this standard.

Location description
Braunton on Devon's North coast is thought to be the biggest village in England and offers one of the largest sand dune systems- Braunton Burrows, it has even been declared as Britain's first Unesco biosphere reserve. Saunton Sands is a few minute drive at the northern edge of the sand dune system. It is the start of a three mile stretch of fine golden sands, that stretch southwards between the sea and the Braunton Burrows towards Appledore and Bideford.
At the northern end of Saunton Sands is a car park with a small shop, caf and toilets. The beach is a very popular surfing hub of the area which many are drawn to this area for. Oysters is perfectly situated a few minutes away from a bus stop which heads directly to Saunton and Croyde Bay if you wish to leave you car and travel on our Surf Bus! (You can take surfboards, buggys and bikes on this especially adapted bus!)

We've had a lovely time here.
We've had a lovely time here. Expected awful weather after the recent storms, however we've had a couple of lovely days. Beach at Saunton Sands lovely - my husband and children even had a surfing lesson! Can recommend local takeaways and restaurants too, handy location for a winter break!"

Spotlessly clean accommodation in an excellent location for local facilities in Braunton. The double bed is very comfy but the twin beds are incredibly hard and uncomfortable (we did not use the bunkbeds) The kitchen is well equipped and we had everything we needed to cook and clean. Excellent idea to have the contact details of the friendly housekeeper, although we did not need to contact her as everything was in good working order.

Lovely clean, well equipped house which was perfect for our family of 6. Good proximity to the town and beach es. Really enjoyed our stay!

A lovely house, very good location near to shops and restaurants in Braunton. Very clean on arrival and house very well equipped.

Wish we had stayed for longer!!
It was such a lovely location. Extremely clean property, with really nice touches for a family with a toddler. I did not expect a stair gate or a change mat or a potty or a sleep suit (in addition to the advertised high chair and travel cot) to be available so that was really a nice touch. We'd happily stay there again. Only thing I would perhaps have preferred was a later check-out time.
