    Our Cyprus house "Just for Two" is on 3 floors(2 staircases)on a quiet development within the Akamas National Park,in a beautiful part of Southern Cyprus in the Village of Argaka nr Polis/ Latchi.
    Attractive Mediterranean Garden with 2 sun beds,patio with table/2 chairs.Roof top terrace with 2 sun beds/ table/ chairs to take in the stunning Sea and Mountain Views and lemon/ orange/olive groves.
    En Suite bedroom with king sized bed/ orthopedic mattress.Bathroom with large walk- in shower.
    Lounge with comfortable sofas/ dining table / chairs.
    Kitchen with fridge/ freezer/hob/ microwave/washing machine.
    Downstairs cloak room/Wc.
    The house has many home comforts for an enjoyable holiday.
    There are 2 swimming pools on the complex,both available to use.They are communal but we usually have them to ourselves.
    Most properties are used as holiday homes only.
    The Mediterranean Garden has been a labour of love and has many local plants and trees were you can totally relax in the sun with morning tea/ coffee.There is also a really nice roof top/ palm terrace and raised deck area with comfy teak chairs and sun loungers to take advantage of the stunning Sea and Mountain Views.
    It's a great place to sit with an early evening drink.

    Location description

    The house is situated on the edge of a quiet traditional Cypriot village.
    A bakery,petrol station and local shops are all nearby.A short drive of 6km brings you to the historic town of Polis were you will find a variety of shops inc.a very good supermarket with butcher and deli counter.
    Banks/ pharmacy/coffee shops.Everything you need is here.
    Good taverna's and restaurants to enjoy
    Latchi harbour/ marina is also nearby with an abundance of eating places .Also nice beaches with sunbeds and umbrellas to hire..
    Boats and day cruisers are also available to hire to visit local attractions such as the beautiful " Blue Lagoon".
    Lovely coastal walks/ beautiful scenery and stunning sunsets.
    We are situated adjacent to the Akamas National Park which offers hiking trails for serious hikers or numerous was in the pine forests and to local water dams.
    A short drive to the baths of Aphrodite with further mountain and sea view walks/ hiking.
    Quiet beaches to enjoy solitude with turtle nesting sites.
