Description
Charming cottage in stones and beams has retained its authenticity. Spacious, tastefully decorated, renovated in a former silk located in the heart of a village among vineyards and scrubland, between Camargue and Cévennes, near Provence.
The house is composed on the ground floor:
- An open kitchen fully equipped (coffee maker, kettle, oven, hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, food processor, dishwasher, washing machine) and you will find many kitchen utensils and tableware .
- A dining area for 5 people
- A living room with a leather lounge, flat screen TV, DVD player, HiFi and a wood stove
On the first floor, a landing leads to two bedrooms with a bathroom and toilet:
- A bedroom with a bed of 160
- A room with three bed 90
The rooms are equipped with wardrobe, bedside table
Blankets, duvets and pillows are available
Outside, a spacious terrace, shaded, equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a BBQ
The property is fully closed and the vehicle parked inside
The pool area is ideal for relaxing with a view of the vineyard
The reception is good, your hosts are available to listen and to learn and advise you. They are also real and oenophiles will be happy to make you discover the many wineries and winemakers in the region - The cottage has received BACCHUS Label by clévacances.
You will find many documents in the house.
BB is a kit available on request (bed, bath and chair ..)

Gîte de charme en pierres et poutres apparentes ayant conservé son authenticité. Gîte spacieux, décoré avec soin, restauré dans une ancienne magnanerie situé au coeur d'un village entre vignes et garrigue ,entre Camargue et Cévennes, proche de la Provence.
Le gîte est composé au rez de chaussée:
- d'une cuisine à l'américaine parfaitement équipée (cafetière et bouilloire électrique, four, plaques vitro, micro-ondes,réfrigérateur/congélateur,robot,lave vaisselle, lave-linge) et vous y trouverez de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle.
- d'un espace repas prévu pour 5 personnes
- d'un salon équipé d'un salon en cuir, d'un écran plat, lecteur Dvd, Hifi et d'un poêle à bois
A l'étage, un palier dessert deux chambres avec chacune une salle d'eau et WC privatifs:
- une chambre avec un lit de 160
- une chambre avec trois lit de 90
Les chambres sont équipées d'armoire, table de nuit
Couvertures, couettes et oreillers sont à disposition
En extérieur, une terrasse spacieuse, ombragée, aménagée de mobilier de jardin, de transats et d'un Barbecue
La propriété est entièrement close et les véhicules sont garés à l'intérieur
L'espace piscine est l'endroit idéal pour le farniente offrant une vue imprenable sur le vignoble
L'accueil est de qualité, vos hôtes sont à l'écoute et disponibles pour vous renseigner et vous conseiller. Ils sont aussi de véritables oenophiles et se feront un plaisir de vous faire découvrir les nombreuses caves et vignerons de la région - Le gîte a reçu le Label BACCHUS par clévacances.
