Description
The gîte is a traditional stone cottage which has been fully renovated to a very high standard, whilst leaving many original features including a stone fireplace and wooden beams. It has been tastefully furnished and makes an ideal retreat for singles, couples or small families.
The ground floor comprises a large open plan lounge and dining room, a modern kitchen and shower room. The first floor has a double and a twin bedroom. If you wish to bring your pet on holiday, please note that this is only by prior agreement with the owner.
The gîte has its own entrance with private parking. There is a large secluded south facing garden with a covered area complete with dining table that seats six, plus a barbecue ideal for alfresco dining.
In a separate building there is a private heated swimming pool with patio doors leading to a large sun terrace equipped with sunbeds perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful scenery.

Location description
La Cuique is ideally placed right in the centre of Brittany close to the borders of the Departments of Côtes-d'Armor, Morbihan and Finistère. The location is perfect for anyone who enjoys peace and quiet, while being in the vicinity of many historic towns such as Josselin, Pontivy and Rennes. The charming coastal towns of Saint Brieuc and Binic on the west coast and Carnac and Vannes on the south coast are also convenient to visit.
Directions
You have several different options to get here. Brittany Ferries run good services from the UK to the ports of St Malo, Dinard, Roscoff and Brest in Brittany. They also travel to Caen and Cherbourg in Normandy. From St Malo and Dinard it is around an hour and twenty minutes to Plémet. Roscoff and Brest are a little longer but still under two hours. Caen and Cherbourg will take around three hours travel time.
If you decide to fly, the airport at Nantes is two hours away, with Rennes and Dinard around one hour. There are several car hire companies at all of these airports.
