Description
The Farmhouse is in the village of Xaghra and a 10 minute drive from the ferry.
The mill room, with its old Arabic arches and stone floor forms the central atrium of the building off which other rooms lead. This is the main living space, with a TV and internet connection.
The kitchen / dining room is adjacent to the mill room and leads out onto the pool terrace. The kitchen is well equipped but please note there is no dishwasher. A washing machine is installed in the shower room of Bedroom 1.
There are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the upper level, each leading onto the upper terraces. Downstairs, leading off the mill room, are two double bedrooms with single beds which share a large shower room.
The pool terrace has a sunbathing area, terrace table and stone built BBQ.
Location of holiday rental in Xaghra, Gozo Island
Location description
Gozo has good swimming from sandy beaches and coves as well as deeper swimming from rocky inlets which are excellent for snorkeling. Scuba diving is popular. There are good walks along the cliff tops and around the coast. There are facilities for riding, fishing and boating. On the island there are a number of historical monuments, a beautiful Citadel and the famous Neolithic Ggantija temples.

Deposit/Booking Notes
Rental prices before 21st July from 1st September, are based on 4 people sharing, per week. The charge for each additional person, up to a total of 8, will be 10 per person, per night.
Lettings are usually from Saturday to Saturday with flexibility on times and dates where possible. Check out time is 10.00 and check in times for new arrivals is 16.00 to allow for cleaning and house preparation.
