Description
"Motje" is a typical 18th century farmhouse that has been converted into a charming, self-catering cottage. Set amongst bocage trees occuping 987m˛, on the outsirts of the village of St.Bomer les Forges at Domfront/France, it has spectacular views across the countryside. Tastefully decorated in a traditional rustic style with modern touches, this farmhouse has been restored using local materials and conserving the original beamed ceilings and stonework.
Inside the cottage there is a cosy and spacious living-dining-room area with a fireplace, 2 comfortable sofa's, rugs and chairs. There are 3 lovely bedrooms, spacious and sunny, two with double beds and one with a single bed for a child and a window opening onto the garden. New and relaxing beds in every spacious bedroom. There is a tastefully decorated family bathroom and a shower room.
WIFI available everywhere in this cottage (fast internet).

In the garden there are 2 barbecues and a lot of trees with a wonderful view over the landscape. There are 17 beds of roses, more than 5000 flower-balls...
Indoor barbecue on the south-orientated terrace.
A stay in paradise for the children. The house is very children-minded with 4 bikes to use for free.
The owner has developed an extensive information file which provides information on the old restorated farmhouse along with details of all local amenties and activities available in the area to ensure you are able to make the most of your stay (it is possible to stay for one day in this cottage).
The thick stone walls maintains a natural coolness in the summer. The cottage is suitable for people with restricted mobility, but not suitable for wheelchair users.
3 minutes driving to an open air and closed swimming pool with slide...sauna...jacuzzi...
Plenty of activities close by such as horse riding, golfing, fishing, forest walking, beach lakes with lots of watersports.
South area, not far from a great town, (shopping)

Animals are very welcome
