"Libeccio" : SLEEPS 2
This studio opens on to a porch and a stunning view of the Tyrrhenian coast and Lake St Luce. It is bright and roomy with its own private bathroom with shower, kitchen, a double bed, porch and is ideal for a couple wanting to spend time in the unspoilt Tuscan countryside.
"Grecale": SLEEPS 4+1
The apartment is bright, with a beautiful view on the hills covered with mediterranean woods and garden area for sunbathing or cool summer evening suppers under the hazelnut trees. It offers accommodation for 4 people with a well equipped kitchen area , an independent bathroom with a shower, porch and a private parking area.

The Farmhouse
This is a classic stone Tuscan farmhouse that dates back to the XIX century: it has been fully and authentically restored, using local materials such as pietra serena and chestnut wood. The location of the property offers magnificent views of the Tuscan hills and to the front of the Tyrrhenian coast stretching as far as Corsica Island. The sun drenched olive groves, the smell of the wild time and herbs in the summer, the clusters of wild flowers in the spring, the clear unpolluted air, the silence make this little corner of Tuscany unique.

Bring your mountain bike if you are the sporty type, or enjoy new free roads among the fields on your motorbike, visit and enjoy birdwatching in the WWF protected natural area of the Lake of S. Luce.
Walk to the local Buddhist Centre of Pomaia and share the spiritual peace of the place for a few hours, or go to the local markets and rediscover what food used to taste like.

Nestled within the “ Golfo di Baratti “ lays the necropoli etrusca of Populonia, today part of the interesting “Parco Archeologico e Naturalistico.”

Over 20% of the Costa degli Etruschi comprises parks, protected areas, nature oases, and fauna reserves.

Great summer vacation in tuscany !
I've spend a great summer vacation with my family. We rented one of the apartments for one week. The farm house is in a typical Tuscan style, surrounded by greenery and with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside . The apartment was well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the silence that surrounds the area you sleep really from God. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the bathroom is clean and fully functional. I recommend it to all those who want to relax and soak in the beautiful Tuscan countryside.

L' appartamento è spazioso e molto pulito. Il contesto esterno è adatto anche ai bambini piccoli, molto bello e molto curato. Proprietari cortesi, disponibili e discreti. Ideale per visitare San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa, Lucca. Ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze.

Superb property in an idyllic setting
A beautiful and well equipped property. The local village is ten minutes walk away and has everything you need for a relaxing stay, a well stocked market, lovely bars and restaurants. The property is well placed for trips to Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena. Our favourite time of day was spent after our evening meal, sitting on the terrace with a chilled glass of wine, the scent of honeysuckle lingering in the air taking in the lovely views over the hills. A perfect weeks relaxation and highly recommended.

Entourée d'un vaste jardin, jouissant d'une vue magnifique sur la campagne toscane, au calme, cette maison pleine de charme est un havre de paix. Le joli village de Castellina Marittima, où l'on trouve un sympathique café, une boulangerie, une épicerie et quelques restaurants, est à quelques minutes à pied. De nombreuses plages magnifiques se trouvent dans un rayon de 15 kilomètres, de même que quantité de village magnifiques (Bolgheri, Volterra,etc.).

Superbe location en Toscane
Bien situé pour rayonner sur Pise, Luca, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano ou encore à la plage. L'extérieur est juste parfait pour un petit apéro dans le patio avec vue imprenable sur la campagne. Très bon accueil. Les équipements sont corrects.
