Description
Casa Leana has recently been refurbished throughout retaining the original features. A games room has been created with table tennis, table football and pool table. We have a gorgeous private HEATED pool area plus a children's outdoor play area with swing and outdoor games. There are 9 bicycles for guests to use, two with child seats. We have wifi & Sky TV plus over 300 DVDs and we have recently purchased a new luxury 7 seater vehicle (6 guests plus chauffeur) for airport runs, evening and day trips out.
Casa Leana is ideal for groups of friends, families with younger children and/or teenagers who find the games room & pool particularly appealing. We also have a wine cellar for our guests to purchase wines from around the world

Location description
Casa Leana is located on the outskirts of the beautiful medieval village of Anghiari which has recently been voted "prettiest town in Tuscany". Quiet and peaceful, yet only 50 minutes drive from Florence and Siena and an hour train journey to Rome. The farmhouse has easy access to all amenities, including local markets for bargain hunting and many excellent family run restaurants for eating out.

Deposit/Booking Notes
Payment and conditions
If your group size is over 10, we charge a pro rata rate per person up to a maximum of 12 guests.
In order to confirm a booking we require 30% of the total rental fee as a non-refundable deposit. Your balance along with a 250 refundable security deposit will be due 15 weeks prior to your arrival.
Your security deposit will be refunded by electronic bank transfer after a satisfactory inspection of the property has been undertaken.
Cleaning is done prior to your arrival and clean bedlinen and towels will be provided on a weekly basis. An additional cleaning service can be provided during your stay if required - please ask for price and details. Upon departure all rubbish must be removed and the house should be left in reasonable order.
Changeover is from either Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday during high season. Earliest arrival is 2.30pm and latest departure is 9.00am.
Unaccompanied teenagers are not permitted.
Well-behaved pets will be considered.
Strictly no smoking except in the gardens or outdoor areas.
Cancellation policy
If the guest cancels, any money they have paid will not be refunded. If the balance payment is not received on or before the due date the booking will be automatically cancelled and the booking deposit will not be refunded.
