    By Car, Take the M4 west through south Wales. At the end of the motorway, take the A48 to Carmarthen, the the A40 west to St Clears and the A477 towards Pembroke Dock. Turn left at Milton. Follow this minor road to a t-junction where you turn left to Lamphey. Follow signs to Freshwater East. The Polproperty is at Freshwater Bay Holiday Village down by the beach.
