Located in the heart of the unspoilt, tranquil, ancient harbour town of Watchet, 6 Malthouse Court is ideally situated and within two minutes walk (or less!) of all the town's amenities, including shops, restaurants, pubs, harbour, esplanade, marina, West Somerset Railway, and beach.
Malhouse Court was built in 2012, and is one of an exclusive number of mews cottages. The downstairs comprises an open plan lounge/dining room kitchen, accessed via a separate entrance hall (with an adjoining cloakroom). To the sun-catching rear of the cottage is a private courtyard with table, chairs, and a barbecue.
The lounge includes a 32" LCD HD TV with Freeview, a Blu-Ray DVD player, and an iPod dock.
Upstairs you'll find the main bedroom which includes a double bed, and built-in wardrobe and hairdryer. There is a second bedroom which has a single bed with a pull out guest bed underneath, and a bathroom containing a bath with integral shower, WC, basin, and heated towel rail.
All rooms are tastefully furnished in a contemporary style, and feature locally sourced artwork.
The property is access via a secure courtyard shared by all Malthouse Court properties, and includes a secure bicycle store.
Free parking is is available in the adjacent car park with the supplied permit.
Towels and Linen provided. Centrally heated throughout.

Walk the coastal footpath to the sandy beach at Blue Anchor, take relaxing ride along the coast to Minehead on a steam train, visit Dunster Castle and Gardens, take a trip on the steepest A-road in England to Lynton and Lynmouth, explore Exmoor and the Quantock Hills.
