Description
Sea House cottage is one of a semi detached pair and is situated on a very quiet lane (used only by the farmer), which runs down to the fields, cliffs and Irish Sea. The coastline (which is a of a mile from the cottages) is rocky and very beautiful with an abundance of fauna and flora.
On clear days Ireland and the Mull of Kintyre can be seen. There is also a Norman motte on the shoreline. Fields of grass and grazing cattle surround the cottages.
There is parking directly outside the cottage.
A small veranda with table and chairs allows for tea outside on warmer days.
The cottage is centrally heated and double-glazed making it warm and cosy for winter visitors.
Accommodation
The cottage sleeps 4 - with a twin room and a double room, living/dining room, bathroom and kitchen.
The living room is very comfortable with T.V, DVD player, radio/cd and telephone.
The kitchen is modern with fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer, microwave and all basics.
Bathroom with WC, bath/shower and basin.
A cot is available on request.
Bed linen duvets, blankets, table linen and towels are provided.
Electricity is provided free of charge.
Your welcome pack is provided, as is all information on the surrounding area.

Tourist attractions
The area enjoys a temperate climate due to the Gulf Stream and as a result we have some surprising gardens which will intrigue botanist and gardener alike.
Directions
Take the A718 from Stranraer and at the roudabout continue straight ahead to Leswalt village. In Leswalt, turn right onto the Ervie Road (B798) and follow for approximately five miles, farm sign on the right (Mains of Airies). Collect cottage key at the farmhouse.
