The property looks straight down to the harbour with far-reaching views across the estuary to the East Portlemouth shore.

    Salcombe itself is renowned as a sailing and boating centre and is located on the shore of one of the most beautiful estuaries in the South West. With a series of golden, sandy beaches running along the estuary on both sides making it extremely popular, the town also has much to offer in the way of history and has an excellent range of shops, pubs and restaurants.
