Description
An 1825 stone built cottage located in the popular area of Fortuneswell, near Chiswell.
The cottage is furnished to a high standard and has ample on site parking for up to 3 cars.
As you enter the cottage, there is a hallway to hang up your coats after a windy walk along Chesil Beach.
There is an open plan living/dining room located to the front of the property. The dining room hosts an extendable wooden table with seating available for 8, as well as a large sideboard accommodating a Sony sound system. For those colder nights, snuggle up by the wood burner in the living room, switch on a DVD and relax in front of the 32 inch Sony Television. There is leather seating available for all guests staying at the property.
The stylish kitchen contains all modern facilities including a Range gas cooker, microwave, washer, dryer, dishwasher and toaster. For guests staying for the week, you will find a complimentary welcome pack containing flowers, eggs, bacon, sausages, bread, milk and fresh orange.
Towards the back of the property on the ground floor, there is the family bathroom comprising a large shower, bath, wash basin and toilet. There are some extra toiletries in the bathroom too.
On the first floor there is a twin bedroom with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second of the bedrooms on the first floor is a large double bedroom, with a generous sized dressing table and wardrobe.
As you head up the second set of stairs, there is another twin bedroom with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The last of the 4 bedrooms is a tastefully decorated large double with wardrobe and chest of drawers.
For those warmer nights, there is a small back yard with drying facilities, chairs and table. You also have use of a stainless steel Cobb BBQ if you fancy some al-fresco dining!
