    Stunning, direct, panoramic views across the harbour from Sandbanks to Poole Quay. This modern 2 bedroomed designer house was newly refurbished by the current owner in 2007. The property benefits from a southerly aspect from all rooms and a large ( 7 metres long) glass fronted balcony accessed from the lounge and kitchen areas at first floor level.

    The ground floor entrance lobby leads into a small hall with left and right access to a double and twin bedroom. Each bedroom has sliding patio doors leading onto a large patio/seating area partly shaded by an established hedge. Garden table, 6 chairs. There are direct views of the harbour from both bedrooms and the patio.The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, heated towel rail, low level wc and washbasin and a bathroom cabinet with mirror and shaver point.

    Both the ground and first floor have been fitted out with French Oak Plank Flooring. Broadband is available throughout the property via a WiFi network.

    The centrally positioned staircase is carpeted, with a designer glass and steel ballustrade.

    The first floor is open plan and minimalist in style with the emphasis on the tremendous view. A sliding patio door off the lounge and french doors off the kitchen afford direct views over the harbour to Corfe Castle in the distance. The lounge area has a 2 seater sofa and 2 armchairs with occasional side tables. Reading and mood lighting. Cable tv and dvd player. There is a portable combination music system with radio, cd and ipod dock.

    The fully fitted, well equipped kitchen area has a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, gas hob with electric fan oven, built in microwave, toaster and kettle. Ironing board and iron. A Dining table with chairs for 6 is in the Dining Area.

    The balcony is 21ft long by 5ft wide. Glass fronted with a stainless steel handrail it is floored with hardwood decking. A Cafe style dining set comprising a table and 6 chairs is set up here.

    The view encompasses a 180° southerly panorama over Poole Harbour from Sandbanks to Poole Quay.

    There is a secure lockable gate leading from the patio to the shoreline some 70 metres distant.

    Free parking is available for one car in our allocated parking space and there are several free visitor parking spaces nearby. The parking meter in the photos relates to controlled parking in Labrador Drive only.
