Located in the pretty, artist, fishing-harbour village of Newlyn. Overlooking the stunning Mounts Bay & the iconic St Michaels Mount. The cottage has recently been renovated to a high standard, but still keeping its traditional art-deco elegance & character. Perfect for families, romantic couple getaway or an artist retreat.

Step back in time with Sea-Breeze’s art-deco style & charm, but including all modern conveniences; many new appliances, gas central heating, unlimited WiFi, Wii interactive game, hotel quality bed-linen & towels included, open fire, free on-street parking & dog friendly.
There are toilets conveniently on both floors. Commanding position at the top of the village, the secure garden has wonderful sea-views out over Penzance & tropical gardens meandering down the valley to the harbour front; Giving Sea-Breeze its light & airy feel. The pretty, sunny garden has tables, chairs, loungers & BBQ for alfresco dining & relaxing. You are walking distance from most amenities- Beach/harbour, pub, restaurants/café, supermarket, church, art school & galleries….

Sea-Breeze is our much loved & cared for holiday home. You will find personal, unique art & trinkets decorating the cottage, making for a more homely, charming feel to your stay. The larder is stocked with most condiments your need, we ask each guest to restock what they’ve used for the following guests stay. Sea-Breeze is a non-smoking cottage & we except one well behaved dog with prior arrangement. Accessability
Unfortunately Sea-Breeze cottage is not accessible to wheelchair users due to three steps down to the front door.
Outside
The pretty, sunny garden is accessed directly from the open-plan kitchen/diner. It is a secure garden for children & dogs to play, but younger children need adult supervision due to different levels, steps & spiky tropical plants. There are two patios levels, both with French bistro table & chairs/lounger affording sea-views towards art-deco Lido in Penzance & tropical gardens down the valley. There is plenty of room to store surf boards, beach equipment, bikes etc. Perfect for cooking fresh fish form the harbour on BBQ with a G &T. Perfect way to finish the day off!

Location description
Newlyn is a historic working Fishing harbour- offering a traditional Cornish experience. Time has stood still in this quaint & pretty Village. There is a long history here with the arts due to its breath-taking scenery, quality of light & beaches. It’s also a foodie paradise with fresh produce of fish, cheese, cider, and ice-cream and more found at the local shops, restaurants, pubs & farmers markets. All local establishments are walking distance & very child & dog friendly. You also benefit from the amenities of the larger town of Penzance-1 mile away. Trains from Paddington London arrive frequently throughout the day. If coming by car there is on-street parking, conveniently outside the cottage. These are a few reasons why we choose to have our holiday home here in magical Newlyn.
You are 5 mins walk from the harbour & many local beaches/activities around Mounts Bay. Newlyn art school school is a short easy stroll away, making Seabreeze cottage an ideal base whilst attending an art course.We have a wealth of knowledge of the area that we are only too happy to impart to you along with an information folder at the cottage.
