Description
The bright and spacious double aspect living room is a wonderful place for everyone to relax. A room for all seasons, this living room is nice and comfy with large sofas and arm chairs, and has views over the front garden. Within the living room is a wall-mounted flat screen TV, a DVD player and a music system. There is also a handy wood-burning stove ideal for chilly winter months.
Located towards the rear of the house is a further sitting room with pine dining table and lovely views of the back garden.
Talland Croft has a large open plan kitchen/diner with a nice contemporary feel. Fitted to a high standard, the kitchen is equipped with everything a family requires when staying in North Cornwall. Features in the kitchen include a double range cooker, a dishwasher and a range of cupboards for storage.
At the heart of the kitchen/diner is the dining table, which seats up to 10.
The house also benefits from a separate utility room, which is fitted with its own sink, a washing machine, a tumble drier and a fridge/freezer. A series of hooks for hanging coats are also situated in the utility room, as well as a useful downstairs cloakroom.

Location description
The seaside village of Crantock lies on the North Cornwall coast just five miles west from the popular resort of Newquay.
Crantock is a haven for families with the village changing very little over the years, and retaining much of its period charm. It is also a great place for those that love to surf or walk with the beach and South West Coast Path within easy reach.
No matter what time of the year you visit, Crantock is guaranteed not to disappoint. The village has an excellent village shop selling a variety of day-to-day essentials, a few different gift shops and two great pubs, which are open all year round. The award winning Trevilley Farm is also nearby for picking up local produce.
