"Intelligent" remote controlled lighting system installed in the cottage enable visitors to create lighting atmosphere in accordance to their personal taste.

Location description
This property provides the visitor with the best of both worlds, easy access to all the seaside attractions of the popular East Looe as well as place to relax closer to the nature. Set on the west residential side of Looe just minutes from the shops pubs, restaurants, and harbour with its fishing port and wide sandy beach, and within walking distance of the Cornish coastal path leading down to Plaidy walk to the beaches and the river. Only minutes walk to visit the oldest pub in town or to shop for delicious cheese and local products at the rustic delicatessen located just at the bottom of the road. There are many bakeries, gift shops, restaurants and take away’s to choose from.
For the furry visitors and their owners who like to get out and enjoy the scenery Looe bursts in plenty of picturesque walks along the South West Coastal path. There are dog walking areas with amazing ocean and harbour views located just in few minutes distance from the house. For a rainy summer day or autumn/winter breaks there are many attractions to explore. Eden project and number of interesting museums and historic places that allows dogs are just in short driving distance from the property. Looe is never asleep. During the autumn/winter months the busy fishing town offers variety of fantastic events including famous Looe Music Festival in September and other festivals all year around. Looe is also well known for their Halloween, Christmas and New Year celebrations.
