Description
Hello and welcome to our family holiday home Olive Lea House!
We would gladly invite you to stay in our ground floor apartment, located in the centre of Agia Triada. The house has a large garden with spacious parking, plenty of plants and olive trees, and magnificent nature and sea views. In 5 minutes you can walk down to the sandy beach with clear, still blue waters, great for families or couples looking for some private time away. In 10 minutes drive (or 45 minutes walk if you're brave enough!), you will reach Koroni, a lively town with plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops and locals.
In the house you will find a bedroom with a king size bed and a spacious sitting area that can also accommodate for another single bed, a practical kitchenette with all necessities including a breakfast bar and sitting area that can also sleep an additional person, and finally a grand bathroom with a corner bath, double basins and walk-in shower, as well as excellent views from the balcony!
All amenities will be provided (bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, basic toiletries etc.), BUT sadly we do not have wifi - feel free to bring your own.
Smokers, please only outside, there are several ashtrays around.
The upper floor is reserved for us the owners only, we only stay for a few weeks in a year, most of time it is left empty. We have a local friend who will take care of you should you have any questions about our property.

Location description
Set in the idyllic village of Agia Triada, between lush, green mountains and the still blue sea. A 5 minute walk to the quiet, sandy beach, and a 10 minute drive to the nearest town Koroni, where you will find vibrant restaurants, cafes, small shops, and a castle ruin.
For supermarkets, the nearest largest supermarket is a 5 minute drive in the direction of Koroni, or there are some small local shops very close in Charakopio.
Directions
Follow the sign towards Koroni when coming from Athens or Kalamata airport. After you coming out of the village Charakopio, you will see a small petrol station on the right, and a small road opposite on the left. Take the left road into the village of Agia Triada, and keep following the road. You will see our blue "Olive Lea House" sign (see photos) at the village road entrance and all along the road to the cottage.
