    Description

    The property has a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom lending itself to 3 generation holidays (grandparents downstairs, parents and 2 children upstairs in the remaining double and twin rooms and family bathroom. Most rooms have double aspect windows making the property light and airy. Decoration is neutral. A travel cot is available, but we DO NOT provide cot bedding.

    The well equipped kitchen and separate dining room lends the property to being the 'true self-catering family holiday'. Kinmel Bay is ideal for those that want to get out and explore everything North Wales has to offer and then 'relax' after a day of 'doing it all'. The garden is south facing and enclosed, or, we are a few minutes walk to the conservation area/dune backed beach, local shopping and family pubs (2 of which serve food).

    Off-road parking is available for a small family vehicle and the enclosed well stocked rear garden is south facing. A number of seating areas are available to relax in along with a smoking area next to the back door. Out-side C.C.T.V covers the front and rear doors, parking area and yard.

    Location description

    Our character dormer bungalow, with both ground floor and first floor bedrooms and bathrooms is situated between the seaside town of Rhyl with all of it's attractions and the caravan camps in Towyn. Kinmel Bay is ideal for those that want to get out and explore everything North Wales has to offer and then 'relax' after a day of 'doing it all'. The garden is south facing and enclosed, or, we are a few minutes walk to the conservation area/dune backed beach, local shopping, family pubs (2 of which serve food).

    Towyn's Tyr Prince race track also has a week-end market/carboot, there's Tyr Prince funfair next to that and a public play park with skateboard circuit and a duck pond. Towyn also has funpubs, amusement arcades and attractions associated with caravan holiday areas. Rhyl has SC4, Sky tower, Sea life centre, amusement arcades, the 'Drift Park' play area, cinema, theatre and night clubs and there's a wealth of places to eat, the marine lake has weekend steam train and boat rides. Bodelwydden castle (2miles) Rhuddlan castle (2miles) St Asaph church (4miles) The property is on cycle route 5.

    A55 gives access to the whole of North Wales with it's mountains, castles, waterfalls, beaches and walks.

    Colwyn Bay, Lllandudno, Conway, Bangor, Cearnarfon, Angelsey, Llanberis, Snowdonia, Betws y Coed, Chester, Prestatyn and Rhyl are all within easy reach with a variety of attractions for the holiday maker.

    By train or coach, Rhyl is the nearest depot approx 1 mile away, taxis opperate from drop off points
    Buses are are also available from the station and coach park to the end of our street
