Location description
Falmouth, the south coasts gem, is a picture perfect harbour town surrounded by an area of outstanding Natural Beauty offering sheltered waters for sailing and diving. Theres a real creative buzz here being home to the college of Art and design, with the high streets many art galleries and venues showing independent films and live bands.
The rich maritime heritage means that all the best activities involve water! From the harbour you can hop on a ferry boat that carries visitors around the Roseland Peninsular visiting historic towns along the way. If you would prefer a spot of fishing, take the Helford Passage boat ride where you will enjoy a breath of fresh air whilst catching a tasty supper too.
A Falmouth Holiday Cottage is a great base for you to enjoy all that South Cornwall has to offer from secret coves, pretty Cornish Seaside Villages to the boating communities of Falmouth and St Mawes.

Directions
From the A30 take the A39 to Truro, go through Truro on the A39 to Falmouth. At Falmouth turn right on the Asda roundabout for approx half a mile, at Mabe Burnthouse turn left and follow signs to Mawnan Smith, you will see a sign for Tresooth on your right about a mile before you reach the village.
